Volunteer Roster 

SET UP

(U8 Boys) from 7.45am (need a minimum of 2 parents) If we do not get parent help for setup, the start of the meet may be delayed.

BBQ

9.30-10.30    Reimers & Scott

10.30-11.30    Irvine & Stribling

All age groups – The last age group on the event is asked to pack up the event equipment and place in a neat pile to make it easy for us to collect at the end of the meet.

Please ensure that you are aware of the week you are rostered on and organise a replacement if you are not able to complete your allocation. The committee and regular volunteers thank you for your support with the volunteer roster.
