Congratulations to the 20 athletes who competed at the State Individual Championships at the SA Athletics Stadium over the weekend of Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th March. GGLAC athletes achieved 46 Personal Bests, special mention to William Kenny for his Centre Best Performance in the 1500m walk. As a club we achieved a total of 29 medals, 13 gold, 7 silver and 9 bronze giving us 5th position on the medal table with a total of 29 points.

Congratulations to Madison Girvan (U13) Matilda Flynn (U14) and Alicia Jones (U15), who based on their SIC results, were all selected to represent SA at the upcoming Australian Little Athletic championships in Adelaide.

Well done to all the GGLAC athletes who competed on the day and for their amazing achievements at SIC. A huge thankyou to all the parents, coaches and committee members for volunteering and supporting the athletes on the day.
