2018-19 LASA Standard Competition Rules (Updated October 2018)
Challenge yourself in the ultimate test of athletic ability at the Toyota State Multi-Event Championships.
This unique Competition has a set program that athletes participate in to gain points for each performance, with the top three overall highest points scorers presented with medals in each age group. There is a mixture of running, jumping and throwing events, displaying athlete’s all-round athletic ability.
Athletes in the Under 9 to Under 13 age groups compete over one day in a pentathlon (5 events), with the Under 14 age group competing over two days in a hexathlon (6 events) and the Under 15 to Under 17 age groups competing over two days in a heptathlon (7 events).
Entries Open: 12:00pm Wednesday 8th January 2020.
Entries Close: 11:59pm Wednesday 5th February 2020.
Late Entries: 5:00pm Friday 7th February 2020 (Please note there is a 50% fee increase for late entries).
Entry Fee: $22.30 per athlete.
Age Groups: U9-U17.

Eligibility Requirements: Athletes must be registered with an affiliated Little Athletics SA centre by no later than Tuesday 31st December 2019 and have competed in 15 events at their registered centres meets to be eligible to participate in this State Competition.
This Championship is also where the Under 15 State Team athletes are provisionally selected to represent South Australia at the Australian Little Athletics Championships (ALAC).
